so my dentist calls me this morning. I have an appointment tomorrow… and they want to reschedule for TODAY!!! Not only did i take time off work and make plans for tomorrow around their appointment… but now they got the nerve to ask me to change?!?!?!?
On top of it… i’m a new customer. Is this really the example you want to set for a new client? My reaction was to decline the offer, and maintain that I want the same time.
Sure enough I will be cancelling my appointment at the last minute, as I’m making a NEW appointment with another dentist….
