apparently the only difference is “intelligent” scene recognition. Which apparently has gotten a bit of acclaim and is possibly useful in snapshot environments ( ie not quite sober at a party)…. Which is where most of my sony pics come from…
unless I can negotiate an even exchange somehow…
as always… sony takes the cake in ripping people off…
the change is software driven (which could be accomplished by just a firmware update)
the lens is phenomenal, hardware great… styling great… software… junk.
And overpriced.
