I had to take a course in harasment at work.
Apparently harassment is from the point of view from the person complaining. If I say nice dress it might or might not be harassment depending on whether the girl with nice butt complains.
So how about if I’m in an interview and I’m nervous? Is that harassment?
Or if I’m at a table with a lot of Asian coworkers. We all know china is taking over the world so if I’m uncomfortable with Asians eating lunch with me … Is that harassment ?
Or what if there is a report I was supposed to give to my boss… A month ago .. And she keeps bugging me cause I haven’t done it yet. Is that harassment?
